"We hired Plymouth Meeting Nursery to completely transform the exterior landscape of our 100+ year-old home, where we live with our three young children and our ever-faithful golden retriever. As a licensed landscape architect, we approached this project with high standards and were looking for a contractor who offered fair, transparent pricing, excellent craftsmanship, and timely execution. Plymouth Meeting Nursery delivered on all counts. The scope of work was extensive and included the demolition of all existing landscaping, a deck, concrete walkways, fencing, and excess soil. In its place, the team installed new fencing, a beautiful cedar pergola, repointed brickwork on our home, irrigation, a synthetic lawn alongside fresh sod and thoughtfully selected plantings, outdoor lighting, a stunning bluestone patio with brick steps and retaining wall, a brick and bluestone fireplace, and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen featuring a grill, sink, ice maker, and refrigerator. "Carmelo and Miguel did a superb job at removing leaves from our yard. We took advantage of the "deal" for 2 hours of work by 2 men, and prioritized the most important areas to focus on. Carmelo and Miguel were terrific, they worked hard to get as much done as possible within the time frame, and were very amenable to focusing on the main areas we requested help with. One thing we did not realize was that the time required to take the leaves to the disposal area needed to come out of the total time allotted, so we weren't able to get everything completed as we had hoped, but the job was well done, and the price paid was worth hiring someone to do it. Definitely would like to employ their service in the future."

"I would probably give them four stars overall but since this is a review for a specific job of installing a gas stove I'm just giving two stars. They did the job but this is the second time now where they refused to do the job unless they were also able to replace the gas cock which is the valve behind the stove which supplies it with gas. It's totally unnecessary to do this but it allows them to double their price. So they charged me a total of $720 just for that. I would expect $300 or less for a simple quick job like this. I will not call them for this type of job again."
