"I've always searched for qood carpet care options - people who would really clean not only remove existing stains but to clean in corners, edges, and even move furniture to clean edges that are visible. This is a challenge but MA came up to the challenge and passed. NOTE: I did move the furniture myself because I wanted to get all the carpet clean but I checked if they cleaned hard to get places and he did. I think the only suggestion I would make is to consider the cleaning solution used - there may be better ones out there. In terms of cost MA carpet is right in range with everyone else (minus any special or sales). This to me is a good value because 90% of those other services don't do the job as well. "We paid for 2 rooms, hallway and scotch guard carpet protection. I received a call before my appointment and they arrived shortly after. When they arrived they were respectful And extremely knowledgeable. Got 2 rooms and hallway cleaned in 10-15 min and got ALL the stains out. I highly recommend this company. It was my first time getting carpets cleaned professionally and I’m so glad I chose this company. Our stains were high traffic areas and they did a great job I’m very impressed! "James (the owner) takes great pride in his work and it really shows! My carpets have never been this clean and I get them cleaned every 6 months. I use to have a big, national chain clean my carpets but I got sick and tired for being uncharged to get them cleaned. The large national chain advertises 5 rooms cleaned for $105 but what they don't tell you is that if you have a stain you have to pay an additional fee, to deodorize the carpet another fee AND it's charge per room! Love that integrity charges one price to do it right. I saved at least $130 on having my carpets cleaned by Integrity and James did a much better job than any previous carpet cleaner.
