"I tried several do it yourself treatments that failed before I started looking for a professional. I called 2 people who never called me back then i called Action. They answered right away and were amazing from start to finish! On the phone all my questions were answered and they were able to schedule on a day that was convenient for me. The tech Brandon called before he came and let me know that due to the rain they would not be able to do the mosquito treatment but would still come take care of the fleas. Brandon came and was amazing! Very knowledgeable and respectful. We had to leave the house for a few hours so the spray could do its thing so Brandon called and let me know when to start the timer. A few days later when the yard was dry Brandon came back out to take care of the mosquitoes. The first thing he asked was how the original treatment went. I was excited to tell him I had not seen a single flea! Action was so amazing I decided to sign up for a bi monthly plan to make sure the pesky things don't come back! Action's price and service can't be beat. I will be a customer for life!"

"I am on the HOA board for our neighborhood, which handles all landscape and maintenance for its residents. We switched to Bam for our landscaping services this year, and we are so sorry that we did. We have been battling them for MONTHS trying to get them to perform the services we contracted them to do, which include mowing, weeding, dead plant removal, and management of our irrigation system. In the spring, they would only come out to mow every TEN days. The grass would go to seed, and get thick and ugly (see photo). It looked terrible and residents were complaining. When they finally did mow, clean-up was abysmal. Every year the HOA does a walkthrough with the landscaping company to find areas to address; this year, Bam's representative only attended a partial walkthrough with us, and left early. Unprofessional, and indicative of the lack of attention they're willing to give even a large $$ contract. Not surprisingly, there are parts of the community that get forgotten, especially with weeding. Weeds run rampant in our flower beds- the big and obvious kinds of weeds (see photos)- no excuse for not removing or treating them. It is July, and parts of our irrigation are still turned off or broken. Their inventory of our irrigation was incomplete (again, missing parts of the community). I literally placed a broken sprinkler head on the sidewalk so they wouldn't miss it, but they did. They're not bothering to survey the entire community they're in charge of. Our grass is dying (see photo). Bam is non-responsive. Bam claims that the water to our entire neighborhood (homes and all) needs to be shut off by Citizens before they can initiate repairs. Our manager, and Citizens, and everyone who has ever installed a landscaping system, say that an irrigation line is separate from the main water line, and there's no reason to shut down the water main to an entire neighborhood. I don't think Bam knows what they're doing but they refuse to work with us. Did I mention it's July and our grass is still not getting watered? This whole time, our manager has attempted constant communication with Bam but they are unresponsive. They say they're having staffing issues; they keep promising us that they'll take care of us. They'll give us a date, which comes and goes with nothing done, then another date, which comes and goes, until finally it's July and all we've gotten out of our contract are a few mowings and mulch on the beds. Our HOA board would not recommend Bam to anyone. We're appalled at the service (or lack thereof) that we've gotten."
