"FANTASTIC! PHENOMENAL! AWESOME! Dave arrived earlier than the scheduled appointment and, because we have a weird sense of humor, we told him to wait outside until the appointed time but, of course we let him in and he laughed. He has a great sense of humor, courteous, friendly and very thorough. He placed doorway protectors so his hoses wouldn't scratch the molding. It's been 3 years since we had our rugs cleaned (not by Dave) and when Dave finished (even though the rugs are still damp), the area and runner rugs we purchased 10 years ago look like they are brand new. The bedroom rugs (which were there when we purchased the home) also look so good, we don't want to walk on them! We HIGHLY RECOMMEND OVER THE TOP CLEANING! We DEFINITELY will hire again!"

He walked me through the process, told me where to find more info on youTube, how to fold the rug and pack it up for shipping (from MA to FLA). Martin arranged for FedX to pick up the rug the next day. The rug arrived at Martin's place a few days later and he contacted me as soon as he received and gave me updates on progress. Within a week or so I got my rug back with NO pet pee ODOR!!! I am completely amazed!! The cost is well worth it for an expensive rug that would be ruined if not for Pet Pee Pee."

"It has been at least two years since my rugs were cleaned and I will be having the rugs picked up soon.  But, even the interior design firm I used to work for recommended Baker's services.  They know the different types of rugs and will spot check before taking the rug out of the house and what the probabilities are of stain removal and will confirm that after the initial inspection they should go ahead and remove the rug for hand washing. Easy to do business with and they do good work. <br />"

"I had a horrible cat urine odor in the under flooring of a bedroom. I used this product but it was not as effective as I hoped. I tried pet store products, vinegar and baking soda, hydrogen peroxide and other products. The thing that finally worked was bleach. It is probable that this product would work better on fabric and rugs. Also, it would probably work better on less severe problems. The provider was excellent to deal with. <br />"

"I don't have experience with other companies as to rating their prices.  I don't ask them to move furniture when they clean. <br /> I have used this company as "Chuck Rutten's Steamaster, LLC" for carpet cleaning for 7 or 8 years.  Two employees come and they are always punctual and courteous.  The carpet is light colored and the high traffic areas are always in need of a little extra attention.  There was only one time that, once the carpet dried, I realized that part of  the carpet didn't get cleaned quite as well compared to other cleanings. I did not call them to go over it again, but the next time I used them I brought the problem to their attention and they were extra diligent. <br /> I've also used this company in an "emergency" situation when a small water heater in a back bedroom closet started leaking, soaking carpet in parts of two bedrooms, the hall and a bathroom vinyl floor.  They came quickly, and because my husband had just returned from a hospital stay and was unable to take care of  the water heater himself, Mr. Rutten had someone come in and assist with that.  They had to raise furniture, detach the carpet from the tack strips and leave fans running.  When we ended up having to return to the hospital for a couple of days, and couldn't be home for them to pick up their equipment, we were told not to worry and just call for them to return for it  when we could.  One less worry for me! <br /> I will continue to use their services. <br />"

"Excellent. Amazing. They did not move plants but did move everything else in an amazing amount of time. They were quick and careful. I never felt that they were wasting my money by taking breaks; they did not take any breaks, no smoking or any of the behaviors I was warned about with movers. Israel, Carl and Brandon were very professional and took great care moving my furniture. I have a couple of heavy odd pieces and they took great care to make sure everything was protected. I would highly recommend Helping Hands Movers. I have already told my friends of the excellent service."
