"Terrible! This company is beyond arrogant -- I do not think it is unreasonable to know when a service company will be on my property. A simple heads-up was a huge deal to get started and even then, they may show up a day later after I've relocked the gates. Calls were not returned when trying to schedule additional service; then the customer service manager over-talked me and argued with me that calls were returned when I discontinued service. Unbelievable! Go somewhere else!"

They did a wonderful job of cleaning out the garage and were responsive to moving everything where we wanted it to go. The company we hired to move our things from storage wouldn't take the job when they saw the units were stacked front to back, top to bottom. So I hired the Stand-Up Guys again to help us clean out the storage units, taking what we were donating to charity, and leaving what was being moved to our house in storage for the movers. Both times they did a superb job. Casey and Andrew are phenomenal. Professional, friendly, courteous, and completely responsive to our needs. I don't think I've ever seen anyone work as hard as these two did. I would not hesitate in recommending them and hiring them again if we ever have a need to.
