Only a few pieces of furniture had to be moved, as I just wanted the primary visible parts of the carpets cleaned. "We used Clean Busters twice with good results. The third time we scheduled a cleaning, the team arrived one hour late, and I asked to reschedule for another day because I couldn't be home at the time they arrived. I spoke with the office manager and she was aware that the team had showed up late. The following week I received a bill for the full cost of the service with the explanation that 48 hours are required for cancellation. I called the office and reiterated that the cleaners had showed up an hour late. After that, my husband received a call from Robin, who claimed to him that I was wrong about the time the cleaners showed up. We are extremely disappointed.  Robin's response to the failure of her staff to show up on time was not only highly unprofessional but also insulting. <br />"

Probably will have them clean our rug every year or two now that we know it can be cleaned! We delivered the rug ourselves before & after cleaning but I believe they offer pickup & delivery."
