"I built a house 4 years ago.  The builder planted grass but the next year my lawn was bare.  I tried to bring it back to life on my own with out success.  This year I contacted Bill at Green Lawns to help with getting my lawn back in shape.  He came out assessed the lawn and presented me with a very clear plan with pricing.  He was great to work with and has returned my calls on time even after I had pr-paid for the service.  A few of my neighbors have used his services and their lawns look great. "I used their service for two seasons, and received 7 treatments plus an Aearation & Overseeing at the end during each season. I must say that their formula works because after the first couple of treatments, my yard went from a dirt pile to sprouting full, very green grass. At the end of the two seasons, most of my yard came in, with the exception of a few bald spots near the garden. I gave them a C for price, because they are on the higher side when compared to other services-particularly the aeration service. I do like that their customer guarantee provides that they will come back out and repeat your last treatment if you aren't satisfied or aren't seeing results, and I've only had to do that twice in two seasons. Unfortunately, if you aren't home to catch the service tech who is treating your lawn, it's almost impossible to get anyone on the phone directly from the office. Calls always go through a central customer service line, and I've never spoken to my service tech, even after leaving a message or two. Which is why I gave them a C on responsiveness."

"Before I continue I just want whoever is reading this to know that I don't normally give bad reviews but this time I have to. First of all, I hired Sylca for landscaping (to clean out the mulch, take out old bushes, add rocks and replant 4 Azalea bushes). I live in a town home and my "landscaping" area is very small. Sylca charged me $500 (which I found out later I overpaid). While he was there, he said he would mow my lawn and take care of the landscaping for $30 - I said sure. Within 2 months 3 of the 4 bushes he planted died. I called him up and he told me I was responsible for them (didn't understand that one but ok) so I paid, again, for him to replant the bushes. As part of the mowing he was supposed to weed around the bushes - he never did. Every time he came I either told one of the guys or emailed him that he needed to weed. The last time he came - sure enough weeds were not pulled. So I emailed him with pictures and he proceeded to tell me that he is not responsible for any weeds that are not around the bushes. I was like what? So I told him fine and to send me my last invoice. I have since hired someone else who is charging me $25 to not only mow and weed and landscape but he is also taking care of a tree that is on my sidewalk that Sycla never even touched."

I have used Mosquito ranger for three years. Before using them I couldn't even walk into my yard without getting multiple bug bites. Now I can do yard work, nap in my hammock, and enjoy my patio for hours with no mosquitos. They treat my yard every two weeks, send a notice by email the day before, and even leave treats for my dog. I only had one time the treatment didn't seem to work. I emailed them. They came back the day after I contacted them and retreated successfully. "Spent weeks trying to rid our kitchen from ants. Have two young children that drop crumbs everywhere. We put all our food in R.I.P. lock bags and sealed containers. Used raid spray and ortho home defense to no avail. Even used ant baits. We finally had enough! Had used APM in the past for fleas. We knew who to call. After treatment we saw no more ants with in 24 hours. APM extermination specialist John is very knowledgeable! He answered all our guestions and even spent time to educate us on our ant problem. A one year contract to exterminate our problem and take care of any others is well worth it!"
