"Everything is going very well so far. This past fall they put down special netting for my backyard seeding, plugged and fed the backyard and now in early spring it looks perfect. This is a rental property but I take care of the property as if I was living there.Sometimes the tenant will call me and say there's a lot of sticks and leaves and debris on the yard and the lawn is getting long. When I call Hector at fresh 365, he is very accommodating and makes sure he and his team gets out there right away. That makes my tennants very happy and it makes me very happy... The true test will be this summer....will the lawn survive ? I know I need to take my responsibility and keep the lawn watered but with the money I spent on getting this lawn the way it is, it needs to be 100% and the hot summer will be a true test.. I have had three lawn services in the past and fresh 365 is the best so far. They are reliable, accommodating, respectful, and professional. They may be just a tad pricey but for a few extra bucks, it appears that it is well worth it.... Overall they are an A- for two reasons. I never give anyone an A+ and, the true test will be this summer. I hope the lawn holds up. Cost for netting in my whole back yard, plugging, seeding and feeding.$1,300.00. Mowing, edging and blowing the lawn: $50.00 per service."
