"Showed up when he said he would. After looking at what we wanted done and talking about perhaps doing a little more we came to a quick agreement for actually a little less than the estimate quoted on the phone when we scheduled the appointment. It also took less time than I expected it to and the carpets looked good afterwards. The only slightly negative comment is that it took about 12-24 hours for the thicker carpet to completely dry and this was in August. So probably something I would consider if scheduling a cleaning during the wet, cold winter months."

"The woman I spoke with gave me a bid over the phone. I was uncertain of the room size so she asked me leading questions which provided her with adequate information. I scheduled the work and later received a reminder phone call. The cleaner arrived at the scheduled time, was friendly, efficient, and the carpet looked beautiful when finished. During the after-work conversation I learned their process is non-toxic and leaves no residue. I believe him as there was no perfumy after-odor, something to which we're very sensitive."

I have used Rob exclusively for several years. I can't say enough about the quality of his work! He is fast and efficient. He will always go the extra mile. He is friendly, honest, professional and very reasonably priced! When he is done, my carpets look like new and smell good too...(even the area with a pet stain). I HIGHLY recommend. "The service went well. They were able to clean the parts of the home I needed cleaned within the 4 hour time frame. Two people came out for the service and brought their own cleaning supplies. The vacuum they did use did not clean the rugs very well. They did have to come out quite a way to get to me so I would not hire them again because of how much the travel fee would be. They did fine work and I had no problem scheduling the service."
