We recently purchased it and the previous homeowners had completely removed all shrubs and replaced them with sod. We developed a plan on the spot. The scope of the job was about 100 feet across the house and 5-8 feet deep from the house to an existing brick walkway. The job was completed in one day, including removing the sod, installing over 150 plants, mulching and laying out pea gravel.
