I asked some questions that he did not know the answer which is ok if your learning so he said he would ask at office and have someone contact me . 3-4 weeks later I still was not contacted because he forgot and he never folliowed up. They sent out a manager to a**** and treat but he is not my manager. I told him I did not want Andrew back. His manager--Eric says he would be back. I am cancelling services after Mark fixes the damage Andrew has done. would not trecommend them. Had no trouble with technicians first 2 years. This guy is incompetentn and any company who is forcing someone you don't want and is incompetent and causes damage is a very poor company . A thought if a doctor messed up bad on surgery for you and you wanted a different doctor and they dsaid : no: how would anyone put up with it. I know it is because3 I am a female. They would be kissing my feet if I was a male. If they have a logistics problem that is their problem I am not going to accept inadequate service when I pay like everyone else. So I'll do it this way"
