"Please do not proceed with hiring weedman from Bloomington Indiana. I would not recommend working with Jenna for any customer service needs. It is more gaining sales then providing good customer service. We had a very disappointing experience with Weedman in Bloomington. We had canceled their service, yet they still came out and did work on our yard anyway. We asked them to not charge us, we took our bank information and they still charged us. To make matters worse, they turned away the mower we had already scheduled instead of asking us what we wanted done. Who do they think they are turning away someone else?s hired mower without even asking us? The confusion started because we had two accounts under our address, and only one was canceled correctly. Instead of clarifying with us, they went ahead with unnecessary service. I understand it was confusion on both ends but they should have made it right as a business. "
