"Quentin is the best carpet cleaner I have ever hired. He first responded almost immediately on a Saturday afternoon, then agreed to come the next day at 2 PM. Quentin arrived on time. I expanded the project to the whole house, and he was able to give a really fair price and started right away. Quentins work was SO THOROUGH and he was so professional. Quentins equipment was clean and steam really rose from the carpet, unlike some companies. When Quentin finished both my son and friend stated this is really clean and the CARPET LOOKS GREAT. I will use Quentin again. He cleaned all the animal and other stains with efficient and skill. Thank you Quentin!"

"Three cleaners worked very hard for over 6 hours. Medium size home that hadn't been cleaned regularly for over two years and many small decorative items. I was amazed they even dusted all these small glass items. They did a very thorough job and didn't require our listing items like tops of ceiling fan blades and tops of door way woodwork or shutter doors. We asked for a special on the kitchen floors, which took a lot of effort. We were extremely pleased with the results. "I was shopping around to get 2 area rugs cleaned. Upfront Home Services responded quickly and was the least expensive. I got 2 other quotes that were around $300 per rug (7x10 rug & 9x13 rug). Upfront Home Services quoted me $99 for both rugs and were able to come to my home a couple of days after my initial contact. The guy showed up on time. He spent a total of 30 minutes to clean 2 rugs. A white shag rug he spent probably 15-20 minutes on and my oriental rug he spent 10-15 minutes on. The white shag was dirty in the exposed area from being walked on. The oriental rug wasn't that dirty/noticeable, but there was a couple of small pieces of gum stuck. The guy told me about the gum and said he couldn't get it up. And he also told me that my shag rug couldn't take more chemicals because it was starting to pull up the hairs of the rug. I've had my carpet clean before from a different company and they spent a lot more time cleaning and were able to get any gum out. I didn't want to spend a ton of money on getting my white shag rug cleaned since it would be about the same price as buying a new one. So, I figure I got an fair job done for the price I paid."
