Since we COULD do it ourselves, we had a limit on what we were willing to pay, so we were getting several quotes … most of which were higher than we had hoped. Roberto worked with us on the pricing, which was good news because now it was off of our plate! His crew was there the early next day … fast, friendly, courteous, conscientious and neat! We are now looking to have Roberto and his crew back to take a few more projects off of our plate too! "I am a regular customer of this company. The do my spring cleanup, fall cleanup, trim, mulching, and lawn maintenance. I am always amazed at how great the yard looks after they are done. They keep the edges sharp and provide the little extras that other companies do not. They show up on time, are professional and thorough. If you want a great looking yard for a reasonable price, hire this company. Their work is excellent."

"For the first 2 years, their M.O. is to communicate mostly through their online portal and email. Face-to-face communication is not something that they regularly schedule and asking them to do this has been met with no communication. In the first 2 jobs, their work was 'fine' for what they did with the exception that they didn't do what I asked and had to come back again to fix things (though they made some cuts on bushes that they were asked NOT to cut). This year, I tried again to communicate with them, but they were open to the job only through email and their portal. My attempts to speak with them were met with, literally, 'You should find someone else to do the work'. This year's job included 2 houses - one for my brother-in-law who is very ill and can't do the work he typically does himself. I thought that Twins Lawn Service would be more willing to at least do that job (a very small one), but again - they wouldn't even schedule it since I asked that they speak with me directly to understand the job. Buyer beware; call them at your own risk; I won't do that again!"

"Addendum to my last review: When the septic pump failed, we discovered how many corners were cut. Instead of a septic pump, a sump pump (for rainwater) was installed with the 1½ inch pipe joined to a 2 inch pipe to make it look like it was supposed to. There was no coupler on the pipe leading to the distribution box, necessitating cutting the pipe to get the sump pump out. No check valve. Do NOT use this guy."

"Amazing! Lee is a pleasure to work with and is super diligent about his efforts. He took hours to walk our yard and woods to find and treat all poison ivy on the ground and in the trees (we have a big property and had a lot). Lee found it all and then on his return trip to ensure all is eliminated he treated anything new or if he had missed any. We're happy to say its all gone now and we couldn't be happier. Thanks Lee for being diligent and being very careful about treating just the plants and vines so as not to harm anything else. Thanks so much!!!"

"Last summer we hired another company to address a drainage and water pooling issue in our backyard. Once the work was finally done it was evident that the pooling and drainage issue was not resolved. In fact, it became worse.
