"My experience with Big Haul was fantastic! Landry and Joseph called ahead to let me know they were 20 minutes out, then arrived right on time. They were friendly, helpful, and professional. I had a few items I wasn't sure about and they were able to advise me (and even give me helpful tips on things I wasn't able to dispose of). We had a huge, heavy bbq grill up on our the deck, but the guys brought it down the stairs with zero issues. When the hauling was done, Landry and Joseph noticed me sweeping and insisted on doing that job as well. "It went fine. I called and asked if someone could come out today to remove three wooden pallets, the largest of which was 12' long. They said they could come between 2-4p for a very reasonable fee and that they would call before showing up (because I'm not usually hanging out at my storage unit). They called at 1:15p. Luckily, I was able to run down there early. The guy who showed up was unable to get the largest pallet into his truck even with my help so I had to call two friends and have them come down. He was friendly and willing to wait and continue to work the problem."

"DO NOT USE THESE GUYS I had a step in my garage the needed to be replaced. I reached out the company and let them know I needed some work.(Their estimators are bad at estimating)…….The guy came out and I showed him the previous step and said please replace this. I guess it was my bad that a company like this could not replace something to the previous example that already had there. The new step they installed was short and worse then the one I already had there. The first guy did not even attach it to the wall and the second guy had to come out and do that. All together this was almost 600 dollars of work? Does this look like a 600 dollar step. I reached out to a actual carpenter and they would have only charge my 300 dollars. SO again do not go with we honey do, they are stealing you out of your money for half – A$$ work. Very disappointed in them. VERY"
