I was unable to stay while he finished the job or I would have asked him to test it. I had a feeling the old caulk needed removal before add a fresh layer. Too bad because we are having terrible leaks and ice build up on the drive now. The man showed up on Sunday and was working hard to catch up.. In talking with him I think he knows what he is doing...  I hope we will be able to depend on him coming on a regular schedule which is why we had to stop our prior lawn service..."
