"They're very good. They're honest. They come out to your home. You can, you know; bring your stuff into their store if you have like 2 rugs you know they offer good deals so we'll get the rugs cleaned. We used them at my grandpa's house for cleaning the furniture and we also used it for my grandpa's house too because he passed, but before he passed he had $8,000 in plumbing repairs done and I don't remember who did it. We look on Angie's List a lot because my Mom and I want to make sure we're getting the right people in here. They're very, very good. They have 3 stores I think they're like local to metro Detroit. We've used them for rugs, furniture, and flooring. I mean they shampoo the heck out of everything. That's the one that we used to come out to my grandpa's house, my mom's old condo, you know we've taken stuff in there, they come out to us. They're very quick and efficient and you know their prices are right on point so you're getting what you pay for I guess and that's why we like them and the service is very nice. The cost was for 2 rugs; any size. Their price is perfect. On responsiveness, they always are very good about being prompt, on time, they answer the phone; all that good stuff.
