"Outstanding Job. Our Forever Floor is Finally Here! Fillip and his crew did a wonderful job on our kitchen floor. After a really bad experience installing LVT on an uneven surface, my partner and I were determined to find a contractor who could get it right this time someone who would give us our forever floor. From the start, Fillip was attentive and professional. He met with both of us, listened to all our concerns, and helped us come up with a solid game plan. I can’t say enough good things about his company. He truly cares about his customers something you don’t see enough these days. Even though I was responsible for providing all the materials, when the transitions I bought didn’t quite match the look of the floor, Fillip went above and beyond. He found and picked up the right pieces that same day so the job could be finished properly. I may not have the flashiest kitchen, but thanks to Fillip, the floor is flawless and I’m definitely hiring him again to do the backsplash once my partner finishes installing the trim. "Sandau Construction recently completed a window replacement project at my home. They were one of five contractors that I had out to evaluate my project and bid the job. The sales presentation was low pressure, comfortable and offered adequate time for question and answer. The company’s subsequent follow-up to the various questions and issues that I had was prompt, direct and informative. They never tried to “sell” me anything and focused solely on my desires and priorities. Their overall project pricing was competitive overall, versus the other contractors who visited.
