"I had Clean Master do a whole house carpet cleaning which included 3 bedrooms, family room, and livingroom (all large rooms). They also cleaned the carpet on the stairway and down a long hallway. They were very courteous and called right away when it looked as though they might be a little late. They again called to let me know they were enroute, and as it turned out they were very close to being on time. My carpets were not extremely dirty or stained, so I couldn't see a night and day difference. The most challenging area (the stairway) cleaned up very well. They also moved furnishings without charging. The carpet was completely dry by the middle of the next day. The price included whole house Scotch Guarding. If I choose to have my carpets cleaned with them annually, the price will never increase. Both men were very courteous, professional, and efficient. I will use them again the next time my carpet need cleaned."
