"We hired them last year to do a full landscaping of our front yard. So we decided to go ahead and hire them to do our weekly maintenance on the lawn. So we have a monthly service from them to maintain our lawn. The do mowing, edging, they weed whack and they are supposed to pull weeds but am not too happy with that part. What I like is that our lawn looks well-manicured. What I don’t care about is that the supervisor does not come by to check at least once a month to see how their guys are doing. Sometime there is 1-3 to per crew. Sometimes you will see different faces. We are paying all this money and they are not pulling the weeds. My husband has to call them and tell them that they are not doing what they are supposed to do. Right now the leaves are falling off the neighbor’s trees and they should be taking care of the leaves and they just blow them in certain direction and if they are under vegetation they will stay there. They are here for like 15 minutes and then they are off to the next job. We had pavers put in along the side of the driveway and they ride the lawn mow over the pavers and they don’t fix them when they get dislodged. Last week one of the guys forgot to lock the gate and my big dog was out in the neighborhood for an hour. I would recommend them but I would tell people about my issues."

"We called Brandon because our new home already had termite protection arranged by the builder and because it got decent reviews on Angie's List.  The sales rep came right out and we signed up for a quartely house service and monthly lawn service.  The sales rep sprayed the inside of the house that day.  Another rep came out a couple of days later and did the lawn.  We had to pay $219 for the initial start-up but are now paying $59 per month for the house and yard.  We have a 2,000 sq. ft. house and they noted the lawn size at 3,000. <br /> The sales rep said not to freak out if we see some activity for about a week after the initial spraying.  We have not seen pests in the house generally with two exceptions.  The kind that fly in when you open the doors, and we saw a fairly large scorpion in the garage right by the door to the house on Saturday after the spraying.  I called Brandon and the only suggestion they had was to stay away from the area until they could send someone out on the following Friday.  The woman promised to get someone out earlier if possible, but waiting almost a full week before we could access the cars through that doorway was not an option.  My husband killed it with a large shoe despite it putting up a fight.  We saw another smaller scorpion in the office of the house a few days later and killed that one, too.  Nothing more yet to report on unusual activity.  That is the reason I gave them a B on responsiveness. <br />"
