We did NOT have a rat problem, contrary to what Joshua’s Pest said…or any other rodent problem…only very minimal bat activity that did not require any further remediation. "The person I was working with on the quote arrived the day of the trimming with two men who were introduced as doing the actual work. I realized at some point the person I was working with had left. At some point, I realized things had gotten really quiet. When I looked out, the trimmers were gone. I would have expected for them to let me know before leaving so that I could inspect their work. I wasn't convinced they had completely trimmed one of the trees. I called my contact and he did come out and explain why some branches weren't trimmed--they were important to the health of the tree or the shape of the tree. Whether that's true or not, I don't know. It does look a lot better. I just wish that had been explained at the time of the trimming. I appreciated the winter discount they gave me and that's why I hired them. It was about $150 less than others had quoted me."
