"The technician called he was on his way just as the office said he would do. Also, he wanted to know if it was still a convenient time for us. When he arrived he asked for a review of what I needed done and after showing him he prepared his tools and began work. He wore clean covers over his shoes and would remove them when he went out to his van for more equipment. He did an excellent job overall and was able to get the dog spots out of the rug in the master bedroom. Very professional and customer oriented company with reasonable rates.
