"Carl is an excellent communicator and has always come in under budget for us. We used Carl in Findlay almost exclusively for five(5) years, until we sold our properties there."

"Absolutely horrible contractor. No customer service skills. Always has an excuse as to why something is going right (baby momma, grandma, someone else?s fault, cat got out, etc) Many empty promises. Can?t get any materials on his own. Worst contractor by far that is redoing my house. Simple requests caused him to pull off everything in the middle of the job. Sheriffs were called because of how he acted. He has mental issues. I wouldn?t hire him to take my trash out. "

FAQs for plaster repair projects in Kenton, OH

Yes, crumbling plaster poses a safety hazard. Crumbling plaster overhead can drop heavy pieces that injure anyone below. The risk increases if the material contains older additives, such as asbestos or lead-based paint, which can become airborne when the surface is disturbed. Have a qualified pro test and repair deteriorating areas quickly to keep your family—and pets—safe.

Ceiling plaster repairs require a lighter touch than wall repairs. Plaster repair professionals apply thinner coats of plaster to ceilings to reduce weight and smooth the surface, which helps prevent future sagging. Wall repairs can handle extra texture and additional layers without risking structural strain. A plaster repair pro will have the expertise to determine the best technique for your problem area.
