I had not used a pest control service in several years; so I contacted A Vanish Pest Control based on other positive AL reviews. The phone staff was very friendly and helpful. I was able to schedule service for the following day. Herman, the Service Technician, was delayed at his prior appointment(s), and arrived late by a couple hours for my appointment. It happens, so rolled with it. Herman clearly explained the nature of my ant problem and advised that I probably would have to treat the exterior of the property due to the large presence of ants observed. Herman was very thorough and took the time to ensure he applied the treatment effectively. I did have a follow up interior treatment about 10 days later at no charge as well as the recommended lawn spray ($60 charge). It has taken about 3 weeks since the initial spraying, but my ant problem seems solved and am very pleased with the service I received from A Vanish Pest Control. No one wants to deal with insects, but I know who I'll call in the future."

I have to give this guy. He is supposed to be back this afternoon. He has already gotten the flags in the ground for the plumbing. He is going to start the actual digging next week. "Full House has been our lawn care company ever since moving into our home. They have always been wonderful. We have them for regular lawn maintenance (the cost of service listed is the monthly fee for this) and have hired them for extras such as tree trimming and some new landscaping in the front. We will be doing some landscaping in the back yard very soon and can't wait to see what they do with it!"

"We used them at our other house and this house. They always use the same people so it is like a family type thing. They also seem to have the same guy in charge. They were last here in December of this past year. The service call is seventy five dollars and everything else is just separate for example if you have to buy a pipe or something. When they come out they are here for hours and hours. I don't see- like on this bill where they charge for more than an hour, but they are here for hours and hours. It's like they are undercharging us. The official charge is seventy five dollars it's no more than that. This last time they replaced two plastic impacts, replaced three pop up rotors and replaced one one and a half inch brae.We use them when we have a problem like when the lawn guys have run over the sprinkler system. Mainly for us it's always been repairs and replacement. For the sprinklers, they are great."
