"This was horrible and then it got worse. Cabinets came and about 30% of the order was defective and not worthy of installing. After taking pictures of all the defects etc. A replacement order was generated -one month later the replacements arrive. Once again defects, poor workmanship etc. I ordered several 39 inch high cabinets - ALL of them were different heights - doors were different heights as well. Cracked joints, warped doors, crooked cabinets, poor quality finishes etc. You name it - it happened, on the original order as well as the replacements. Save yourself from the headaches that I got. Go somewhere else....anywhere but here. It's now may 17th and I'm now submitting another claim. Stay tuned!""

Owner Operated. Four Employees. No Subs. Hourly Rates. Travel Charges and After-Hour Service Charges Apply

"They came by and accomplished "work" by fixing the leak but the cooler was not blowing cool air. We Had them come out again and they were able to get the cooler to blow cool air, but for a short time. We had them come out again and they got the cooler to blow cool air again. A few days later the leak started again. We called them again (several times) but they NEVER showed or returned calls! We ended up calling a different repair company due to the shear amount of water that poured off of the roof. The second company came out and got the water to stop and immediately told us that the cooler needed to be replaced. During the three times Affordable Plumbing came out, not once were we informed of the situation with the cooling unit. Had we been informed, we would have replaced the unit instead of the repeated call backs. About two weeks after the other company stopped the pouring water, the ceiling fell in due to damage caused be the water (Thank God no-one was hurt)! If we were informed of the issue, if they actually returned our phone calls than the ceiling cave-in may have never happened. Since then, we finally got Affordable to speak with us. They were supposed to come out and look at the damage and discuss the situation with my sister. I have texted them weekly for the past seven weeks. And out of those weekly texts We have not heard a peep from them. I mean for seven almost eight weeks, completely silent. This company is totally unprofessional and I need to pass in this problem. Because of their negligence, the next time they do this, someone may actually get hurt."
