"It was very difficult to communicate with this company and get an estimate and the service scheduled. I felt pressured to let them come do part of the work when no one would be home as if to "get the job over with". But, I insisted on being there to make sure the right colors were picked up, etc. It was a challenge to get things scheduled. I contacted this company via email to get an estimate. I received a response the next day about getting an estimate the following week. I responded the next day indicating that I was OK with doing the estimate. I never heard a response until 10 days from the original response. I indicated that I was still interested in doing the estimate. Another 7 days passed until I heard a response. Now, because of my troubles, they did offer a discount, but it still grew difficult to schedule the service. After the job was completed, I had to contact them again because the work crew did not leave the extra paint that I paid for. Again, I waited a few days to receive a response, and got the paint back after a total of 4 days from contacting them about that. The check I wrote was made out to the person I had been emailing, and not the company. That seems a little fishy. The actual painting itself was done in a short amount of time and was of very high quality. However, the issue I had with communications and scheduling of the appointment would make me look elsewhere next time. Their price was pretty good, as was the quality. Maybe the scheduling / communication issues I had were an anomaly, who knows."
