"Skyline came out and they were the only pest company who took photographs to document the areas where rats were getting into the attic. While the initial repairs to a door outside the crawlspace was bumpy (door replaced with non-treated lumber), the work was re-done without a question and Skyline has been responsive ever since. They instructed us about keeping birdseed off of the front porch and even keeping the bird feeder in front empty so that there was no free source of food. Work to the crawlspace involved having to re-do the heating unit since rats had chewed their way in. Skyline set out traps both in the attic and crawlspace with bait, and after a few rats were caught there were none. They were also very thorough in their inspection of any damage to the attic the rats may have done and found nothing significant."

We have used LunsPro twice in the past year, the first experience being good however our second time around has been an absolute nightmare. This condo is a two bedroom unit and the inspector assigned to this property missed major electrical issues in both bedrooms!! After paying an electrician an entire days worth of work to resolve these issues, of course my client is looking for recourse from the inspector. How could they miss these major issues in such a small unit is beyond us. After speaking with LunsPros director of inspectors, Britt Baker multiple times he says they are under no obligation to offer any sort of refund for this blatant and gross malpractice. "Do not trust this company especially the one that services the Fayetteville area. I've used this company in other parts of the country for lawn care and had no problems fast forward to now. Dishonest business doesn't do what they advertise. -Make sure you are home or someone else is available when they arrive or it's your own fault. -Billed for services not provided; a check of security camera proved that. (Busted) -Called customer service to speak with a manager only to be told that this happens where they may have treated the wrong home, offered to send a tech out again. Did not want to see video footages. -Email notifications alerted that tech was on the way twice in two days never showed called; suspended/canceled service and ask for a manager to call nothing happened."
