"Well done, rug was clean and ready to place."

"They actually cleaned expensive oriental rugs of mine. They picked them up and delivered them back to our home and put them in place. Romeo was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely use them again."

"This company is very professional and very friendly at the same time. They listened to all my questions and were VERY helpful in explaining their processes and educating me. They showed up on time and did everything they said they would!! Iâ ve tried other businesses in the past and only wish I had found Luxe Carpet Cleaning years agoâ ¦ WELL worth the money to have clean carpets, rugs and furniture! Iâ ve already referred them to friends and family ð"

"I have not had my oriental carpets picked up to be cleaned as yet. The customer service provided by Kayla to explain the company’s services and costs and to answer specific questions as well as work with my difficult timetable was great. Not many companies provide specialized, professional offsite cleaning for these types of rugs. They also have specific pet solutions to treat stains on carpets as well and provide a guarantee that these issues will be solved. Off to a good start. Looking forward to getting my revitalized fresh and clean rugs."

"The service was awesome. The tech made recommendations that we will follow to preserve the life of our carpets. We will certainly contract with Carpet Fresh in the future for our routine carpet and rug cleaning."

"Ben did a wonderful job cleaning four large area rugs in my home. He arrived on time, was friendly and courteous and the rugs look like new!"

"I was contacted right away by Marco and we set up a time for an area rug cleaning in my home. On the way to my house he called in advance to let me know he was on the way and asked if it was to be 15 minutes early. He explained everything he was going to do when cleaning my rug. It turned out great and he was even able to get stains out of the cotton fringe and woven border."

"I have known Marco along time. I wouldn’t use anyone else to clean my carpet or upholstery."

"I called Norman to do our carpets and he was able to fit me into his schedule the next week. The person he sent out was on time, very courteous, and finished in about 3 hours. We hadn't had the carpets cleaned in several years and were worried that the spots wouldn't come out, but they all did. He used hoses from his truck rather than a rug cleaning machine and this seemed to clean extra well. Also, while the cleaning was thorough, the rugs were completely dry in a day."

"The owner Ken Smith is professional and amazingly qualified. We were impressed at the quality of the job from beginning to end. We highly recommend Smith Carpet Care for any carpet need."
