Everyone was GREAT to work with and the job was completed ON TIME. They go ABOVE & BEYOND! Over a year after we were done our “Smart” faucet motor went out. "I wanted to choose zero stars for a rating about BORDNER ROOFING OF RAYTOWN, MO. Our roof was leaking so bad we had a kidde pool in the livibg room catching rain water. I gave them a huge deposit. When it started getting too cold to roof I went to their office after they kept my huge deposit for 3 months. I told them to give me my money back & they refused. I said it will be too cold to roof it properly. They promised the shingles would lay/seal down when the sun comes out & warms them up. 3 months later in the spring the shingles didn't seal down !!! They also nailed the shingles too high !!! I met with them again a few months ago in their office & they kept saying, "We stand behind our work" THEY ARE SUCH LIARS !!! They came out a few times & put silicone or tar under some shingles that buckled up or folded back. That didn't help. 5 sections of the roof are having the same problem. This isn't acceptable !!! I had 5 companies inspect the roof & they all said it was very bad workmanship, it was too cold & the shingles were nailed too high !!! I contacted the BBB & Bordner lied to them & BBB closed the case. I have photos, documents & video to prove my case !!! They damaged my home, my gutters, my lawn, some plants, they took 21 days to do the roof...other roofers said it shouldn't have taken more than a week. ☆☆☆☆DON'T HIRE BORDNER☆☆☆☆"

"I noticed that there was no hot water coming out of the sink when I turned on the spigot, only cold. I went to the basement and saw that there was water leaking from the top of the hot water tank and spilling down the side onto the floor. This was a weekend. I called KC Plumbing and he came out to inspect. Thankfully, he found out that the tank was still under warranty with the manufacturer. Since we still had water (cold) it wasn't an extreme emergency so he was able to fit us into his schedule on the the upcoming Tuesday. The work was done efficiently, economically and completed in 1 day which was great. This is the 2nd time we have used this company. We are quite pleased with the experiences we have had with KC Plumbing. The owner, L.J., has serviced us very well and we will use him again when we have any other plumbing issues."
