"I got a few quotes for removal of a tree in my backyard and Jay’s was the best one. Jay was very kind and kept to his word on starting the project on the agreed upon day. I was quoted one day to remove an oak tree that had been there for well over 60 years. Jay and his team also trimmed a tree in my front yard. That being said, I have two dogs and a fence had to be taken down which is why the singular day to remove and clean up was important. Day one, they trimmed the limbs and said they needed to go to another job down the street and they’d be back the next day to finish. Four days later (rain impacted finishing the job on two days) I requested to at least have the fence up. All in all it took a week to go from start to finish. If time and fences were not of concern I would give the company five stars. They effectively removed the tree and ground the stump out."
