"I contacted Givens Carpet Cleaning on Thursday, October 25, to get an estimate for cleaning my sofa. The first clue of the service I would received was the very courteous, professional exchange with the young lady that answered the phone. I left a message for Mr. Givens to call regarding how soon he could come out. I received a call back within 30 minutes, and scheduled for him to come out today, Friday, October 26. As promised, he called to let me know he was on his way. He and his worker explained to me step by step the process, and then got to work. "Carpets are clean & drying time was only 1 day. Troy from Service Pro was on time, knowledgeable, and very personable. Only issue was cost was more than “guesstimate” phone quote. Said some rooms were oversized, & had to pay extra. This has never been an issue with other cleaners, but then they didn’t do as good of a cleaning as Service Pro. Guess you get what you pay for; I would call them again."
