He walked me through the process, told me where to find more info on youTube, how to fold the rug and pack it up for shipping (from MA to FLA). Martin arranged for FedX to pick up the rug the next day. The rug arrived at Martin's place a few days later and he contacted me as soon as he received and gave me updates on progress. Within a week or so I got my rug back with NO pet pee ODOR!!! I am completely amazed!! The cost is well worth it for an expensive rug that would be ruined if not for Pet Pee Pee."

"I called the office to set-up an appointment. The lady who answered the phone was very pleasant and helpful. I got the day and time I requested. On the day of the appointment the gentleman who was coming to clean was running about 30 minutes late. He called 30 minutes before the set appointment and told me he was going to be late, which I really appreciated. He was pleasant and polite when he arrived. My condo is a vacation rental so the carpet and couch were dirty. The couch now looks brand new and the carpet brightened up immediately. He told me what I needed to do to get everything to dry in a couple of hours. He was even kind enough to work around the internet/phone rep who showed up one hour late. He coordinated with my renters a time to come by the house to look at everything, take pictures, and gave me an estimate the next day. Tommy uses a website called Homewyse to generate his estimates and takes into account the actual work needed to generate a fair estimate. We hired Tommy and his crew and they did everything we asked of them (including additional items added on later like installing lanai ceiling fans and creating a custom tv shelf in our built in that was sagging). Since we live out of state, Tommy sent pictures and kept me updated as items got fixed and notified me if there were any issues or delays. Tommy was a professional and so was his crew. We would hire them again!"
