"We are always called a day or two before Charlie comes out to put granular fertilizer & weed killer on our yard which is approximately 3/4 acre.  This allows us to be able to mow if it is needed prior to the application.  He and his workers are very polite and professional and if there are any trouble spots in our yard they let us know and suggest a way to fix them.  Charlie is available for questions at any time and allows us to choose the number of applications without pressuring us to get more than what we want.  Last year we had our yard re-seeded and we are very happy with it as well.  We would definitely recommend Barnett Services to anyone needing lawn care help!!!"

I'm not sure I would use them again for planting and regular maintenance because at the time they were installing our yard and patio, they also had a contract with my sister to do lawn care at the house we were living in at the time. Last summer was exceptionally hot and there was no grass to mow for weeks on end. Instead of contacting us or my sister, they just kept sending a crew out to mow that dead grass. That was very irresponsible and could have killed her grass, not to mention they were charging her for something that did not need done. After she got the first bill with all of these extra mowings on it, she ended her association with them. Meanwhile, I was just trying to get them to finally finish so that I could entertain and not have to deal with it anymore. <br /> Prices were also somewhat high. They trimmed and cleaned up our hedge for us for about $350. Another very well known and reputable tree surgeon in the area aplologized for having to charge us $200 to do the same job. So, there are definitely plusses and minuses with using Cleancut. <br />"
