In 2 visits both the top soil and reseeding was laid down. My lawn is not perfect when it comes to being even. C. C. Took great care in laying the top soil to help even out the lawn. Tom offered his sound advice about the watering process. With patience and diligent watering the grass seedlings sprouted evenly. "I have been using Lambiaso as my landscaper for many years.   <br /> For a long time, I had admired a garden in my neighborhood.  It was beautifully landscaped every season and even in the winter, it looked beautiful.  As soon as I was able to afford it, I had him come to do my front yard.  I paid about $1000 for the initial work.  He planted annuals and perennials, brought in several rocks and trimmed some of my existing plants.  He made a bonsai out of a huge, shapeless evergreen that was too big, and transplanted others.  I was over the moon with the results! He has a keen eye for landscape design and is extremely knowledgeable.
