"I believe this was the third time I've used Nelson carpet cleaning. After a call, a person came out at an appointed time to measure and give me a quote. Then later a day/time was scheduled to do the cleaning. As previously, the work was completed in the time amount stated, and carpets were very clean. A few 'problem spots' which i'd unsuccessfully tried to remove myself are now gone, too. As we were in early stages of the coronavirus outbreak, Mr Nelson was very careful to keep adequate distance from my wife and I who remained in a different part of the house. Upon leaving, he also made sure to clean/disinfect surfaces he had touched, e.g. door handles. I believe his prices are reasonable, his communication professional, and work is top quality. He walked me through the process, told me where to find more info on youTube, how to fold the rug and pack it up for shipping (from MA to FLA). Martin arranged for FedX to pick up the rug the next day. The rug arrived at Martin's place a few days later and he contacted me as soon as he received and gave me updates on progress.
