We did have a few hiccups along the way, which as anyone who has ever done renovation can tell you, is par for the course. These specific hiccups were discontinued products and shipping damages that were simply accidents. Just bad luck that had nothing to do with Top Notch. But it was their reaction to the situation that really won me over. Gabe, the foreman, and Jessica went above and beyond to come to my house on multiple weekends to install skylights because that is the kind of business they operate."

"This company is excellent during the summer, but if you want your lawn mowed any time after August, they are inconsistent, they choose the time they want to come AND if they want to come at all. For example, I called to ask when they coming at the beginning of October because they hadn't been to my house to mow in three weeks. The response I received was that they didn't feel I needed to have my lawn done (I thought that was my choice, since I hired them for weekly lawn care). Due to this, it has left me in a pinch over the past two years (yes, I gave the benefit of the doubt the first year because they are consistent and do a great job for 3 months of the year). I've spent a lot of extra time trying to find some other company to finish off the lawn care season, which is extremely difficult because the companies all have their own clientele by that point. I have had to rent a mower to do the lawn myself.
