"Dear Mr. Jackson, That would be wonderful. What discouraged us from using you was in the fine print about possible additional charges. We have had that actually happen with carpet cleaning companies. They run an add which is a special price “A 3 room special”. Then when they finish the bill is double the advertised price. They justify that by saying your rooms are larger than the special we are running. When they tell you the size of the rooms their special covers it is more like walkin closets. In other words nobody getting carpets cleaned has that size rooms! These are National companies like Stanley Steamer, etc.. (By the way we have real hardwood floors here, LOL). This house was built in 1939 is a story and a half therefor we have lots of interior space but the exterior is that of an average size house.. My mother is the owner of the house and when she saw that about possible additional charges in the fine print she had me call Angie’s list and cancel immediately. Because it looked like the carpet cleaning scams we have had in the past. We already had a firm price from a company for $99.95 who had looked at the house. So my mother’s fear was that you would clean the gutters and then double the price like the carpet cleaning companies had in the past. I could not get her to understand that I had purchased your service through Angie’s list which provides protection from scams. "GREAT! Couldn’t ask for better lawn service! Our lawn was one huge weed bed. They first killed the weeds, then reseeded. It’s actually green again and we now have to cut it twice a week to keep up with the growth. We highly recommend this lawn service. They are very professional, knowledgeable, true to their commitment....what else can be said? We are very pleased with their services. Oh, did I mention the pine needles? They killed the weeds in our beds and covered with pine needles at a very reasonable price! Less cost than doing it yourself ! We love Fresh 365 and couldn’t recommend them more!"
