"Outstanding experience!!! From the initial contact to the finished service. I request a carpet stretch and was told based on the state of the carpet that a stretch would not be advisable because they could not guarantee it would not buckle right away. I really appreciated their honesty. Lost service but they gained a customer forever! They went away and cleaned my carpet and it looked brand new. If you desire a company that is fair, honest, thorough, professional, and skilled - A Step Above should be your choice!"

"Josh saved my rugs! I'm a nurse and a rescue dog mom. My rugs needed a DEEP cleaning. And fortunately, he also made suggestions/had services that I wanted/needed. I also had my carpets sanitized and treated for pet stains. I support local, small businesses and this is a diamond business! Josh is pleasant, fair and honest. I am extremely pleased with my carpets. He saved my living room, hallway and 3 bedrooms. My option to put the wood flooring in the living room and hallway has now changed to "when I want to do it" instead of "have to do it now". I will definitely be using his services again. I highly recommend!"

"They cleaned 2 rugs and 2 bedrooms for me. They did an amazing job on my floors. I highly recommend them."

"Blaine was wonderful!! He quoted me a price over the phone based on the square footage I provided and he was right on target...actually five dollars under! He was very professional and did a WONDERFUL job. Our carpets look brand new again. Will definitely use him again. :)"

"they worked fast and got the job done. cleaned up after. I would recommend"

"As many customers have found out, Expansive Flooring and Mr. Jayme West are exactly what all contractors should hope to achieve. Mr. West is outstanding in his workmanship, his fairness in pricing, and his devotion to his client. He brings art to flooring and it turns out beautifully! I highly recommend Expansive Flooring to anyone needing repairs or upgrades. I already have several projects lined up for Mr. West in the coming months!"

"My large dog was sick and had a bad accident on my carpet! I thought the stain and smell would be there forever but David from Honky Tonk Carpet Revival fit us in same day and was able to get my carpet back to looking new. Not only was the stain completely removed but there was no lingering smell at all and the price was far less than other quotes! Thank you so much and will be using them again in the future!"
