"We've all heard those horror stories about bad contractors and botched remodels. Well, this isn't one of them. We decided to remodel our kitchen and bathrooms, so we researched reputable companies - using the popular home project review websites, Googling and combing through reviews, asking around, the usual. We made a list of about eight contractors and we met with six of them. There were two that we liked but Mark's ideas and attention to detail were better during the consultation, so we hired him to remodel our bathrooms. It's important to note that we made the first large payment with our credit card, really because we were afraid of hiring a contractor and having them disappear after we paid them. We were very cautious. After that first payment and spending some time with Mark and his crews, we were happy to write him checks when he asked because he had earned our trust. In fact, we had a punch list of some minor items after the jobs were completed, and Mark made sure everything was taken care of immediately, and this was after our final payment had already been made. His crews were on time every day and worked hard the whole time they were here. We liked the quality of their work and the materials they used so much, we had them stay and replace our basement floor. We then moved on to our other large project, our kitchen remodel. We trusted Mark and his crews so much that we gave them full access to our home while we were out on vacation. A pipe burst during that week, and one of Mark's men noticed it right away and fixed it immediately (Mark ran out to buy the needed plumbing supplies), preventing the basement from flooding and saving us quite a lot of money and frustration. We are first time remodelers, so we were asking questions and changing things throughout, yet Mark and his crews were incredibly patient, flexible, and professional. I can't recommend Mark and Modern View enough. We LOVE our sparkling new kitchen and bathrooms! A contractor who is honest, talented, professional, charges a very fair price, and is such a nice man. Hire him, you won't regret it. (In this day and age, you can expect a lot of fake reviews. We did not receive any compensation or discounts for writing this review.)"

"John and team transformed our old bathroom shower into a modern “marble look” porcelain tile shower. His team started work quickly and adjusted hours to our schedule. The were extremely helpful providing design recommendations, quick to complete the project, worked cleanly/neatly throughout the project (no dust and debris anywhere), and were easy to work with. And, their price was the best of the three contractors I talked to. I would highly recommend John and his team. Our shower looks incredible, thanks to John’s quality work. I wish we had done this sooner."

"Wonderful!!! Love my bathroom remodel thanks to David and Robert. We needed to reschedule for many months due to my father being ill. They were so kind and thoughtful about it. Most contractors would have taken your deposit and never contacted you again. Not them. We completed the project and I am so so happy. "I had my whole kitchen done this time but Haris Inc has done several other projects for me, new basement bathroom gutted and remodeled to perfection! Also remodeled my basement, new lighting, floor, painted ceiling, walls, doors, stairs, removed wallpaper looks like new basement! The kitchen is phenomenal gutted entirely removed wall opened up kitchen and installed island, granite countertops, beautiful flooring , cabinets with crown molding. Island has own electrical outlet! I’m sure I’m missing a lot of what Haris Inc has done but that’s a little something for you to see how great this Company is. I have a couple of more projects for him to do and he will have redone every room in our home ! I recommend him to anyone, anytime!"

His crew were reliable, on-time, and respectful of our property throughout the remodel and we appreciated their attention to detail.
