I already had the paint although I needed more and he let me know exactly how much I was going to need. The next day he came and started the job and finished it the same day. They were on time and went above and beyond what I asked them to do. I asked them to focus on a couple of areas (obviously the guest room and guest bath) as well as the common areas and they not only did what I asked, but the house smelled good too (random - but a definite plus!).
