"The guy who came (Roy?) did a decent job. I had some bad stains which he got rid of nicely. However, I have two or three and quot;wickerand quot; spots who are constantly returning a while after cleaning. I used Sears as I hoped their vacuum method would work better on these stains than the normal rubbing method. Alas, I was wrong. Even though the technician treated these areas more thoroughly, the spots came back after a short time. I do not hold this against them, though. These stains can be so deep that the only way to get rid of them is to change carpet. However, I am not as pleased with the result as the last provider I used as I am pretty certain the spots returned faster this time. In addition, the carpet did not look as clean, and got sort of a grayish color which actually made the carpet look worse than before the cleaning. The price was pretty hefty too compared to their competitors, and you don't get any more value for your money. Because of the low quality and the price, and the fact you get at least as good result from their competitors, I will not use them again. <br />"

"I joined Angie's List for the sole purpose of finding a great carpet cleaner, and thankfully that is exactly what happened. The owner of this company is the one who does the work. He has many years of experience (it seems like he said around 20 years), and he does very detailed, thorough work. He was very professional, courteous and friendly. I didn't feel nervous with him in my home the way I do with some contractors. He cleaned the carpets in my master bedroom, study, and stairs leading to second floor. He did a fabulous job and removed stains that have been in the carpet for years. My husband and I were very, very pleased. Another important detail is that he cleans carpets with an expensive steam cleaning machine -- not the cheap dry chemical machines that are very bad for carpets. We will definitely be hiring Oklahoma's Finest Tile and Carpet Cleaning when we need our carpets cleaned in the future. <br /> <br />"
