"Our project was a challenge, it was a house that had been vandalized by the previous renter, had smoked in for years. The job was for the full house, including doors, window trim, and sliding doors, about 1100 sq ft. We wanted him to use a specific odor killing primer, then follow up with his covering primer. Ricardo provided an estimate at the beginning of the job and considering the job, it was very reasonable. The graffiti kept coming through, in all it took almost 4 coats of primer to cover the damage. Ricardo was kind, understanding about the extra cost and gave us a reasonable final settlement.
