"Gus (owner) is excellent at communicating. He got back to us quickly, and came by to give us an estimate. We set the dates, it was a two day job as we had about 20 or so stumps. Some ranging from 36+" down to about 12" in diameter. He showed up on time and got right to work. After the grinding was complete, he blew the mulch around to tidy things up a bit. PSE said that it would cost me $5,000 if stump removal loosened the tension cable. I required Sound Stump Removal to explain their exact process and convince me that they tension cable would not be loosened, and they did, which included manual sawing around the tension cable. When done, the stump was completely removed and the tension cable was secure. Nice job!"
