"The technician came out to do a prepaid hvac tune-up / inspection and planted a capacitor in my outdoor unit and claimed it was the wrong one and wanted $366.00 to install the correct $20.00 capacitor. A five minute job. I have him on video. Don't trust these guys in your home or business. They're scammers. Beware."

When grass grows it will look pretty much the same. I would highly recommend them to anyone that has plumber problems and pipe problems. They helped the hard experience of all that had to be done easier for me with their wonderful attitude towards their client, me, by helping me understand what and why each procedure was done. "We hired the company to redo do our bathroom create a laundry room, couple of closets. Everything started well but after Kevin was done the closet walls were croocked, did not finish laundry room, left big gaps in the wall to ceilingand then came the kicker. Bathroom was done but not finished, asked him is he used moisture resistant drywall, and several pipe leaks and caulk later. He said he did use moisture resistant drywall. Fast forward 3 weeks later we find out he did not use moisture resistant drywall rather just plain sheetrock walls, then we try to take a bath and the tub is leaking. Seems that the tub was pierced and it was repaired by caulk, well that did not work well as the leak soaked our basement.... The kicker to this whole thing is that he will not return my call, texts or emails. If you are looking to hire this guy beware. Ziggy S"
