He walked me through the process, told me where to find more info on youTube, how to fold the rug and pack it up for shipping (from MA to FLA). Martin arranged for FedX to pick up the rug the next day. The rug arrived at Martin's place a few days later and he contacted me as soon as he received and gave me updates on progress. I was at work while they were working and when I got home I was very pleasantly surprised. They did all the I pointed out to them and then some. "Awesome! It was really old basement carpet that hadn’t been professionally cleaned in 30 years.. It’s been pulled up several times due to flooding. Over years, the space was used mainly as storage, and places for family to stay with their pets while they transitioned in and out. Looked fine for a tool shed or bomb shelter but for actually living space, it was disgusting. Originally a light beige color, I knew some stains were permanent. I asked them to concentrate on deep cleaning. Health was a priority not looks. I was very impressed with their punctuality, thoroughness, and speed. They obviously new very well what they were doing. The basement results were nothing short of extraordinary. A few blemishes remained here and there but I was shocked they actually got so much up! It looked decades newer. I moved in furniture, installed a Roomba, and the place looks like a million bucks! Seriously, I think the only way it could have looked better is if he replaced the carpet with new. I was so so pleased, I scheduled them to come out two weeks later to do my main floor too. That worn aging carpet had actually been cleaned many many times over the years. But it looked flat and dingy and stretched. It really all needed replacing as well. The results were equally surprising. It’s far less stretched, bright, and full. It’s the oldest carpet in the house... cheap stuff used by builders. I’m loving how it now feels on my bare feet. I now think I’ll be happy with my old carpet until it’s time to sell this place. And their price per sq foot was comfortably competitive with others I’d researched but the real deal is their cost per stair. I actually got all 12 steps done for less than another guy’s estimate for one stair... well, so it was more like one and a half stairs. From beginning to end, I really couldn’t have been more pleased. So easy. So well done."

The technician arrived on time (7:45am) and was very professional. Because we have 3 kids, we had some sticky residue on the living room carpet that he put extra time into getting out. Our carpet is 18 years old and a very light beige, so the high traffic areas are hard to get clean, but he got them clean. The carpet looks great. It only took about 30 minutes for what we required and the carpet was completely dry (able to move furniture back!) by the end of the day. We did turn on the ceiling fans to speed up the drying process. I felt they did a great job for the price and I would definitely call them again."
