"They were very accommodating as far as the design process and working with us to come up with a fence that was going to meet our needs. The installation of the fence was problematic. The installers installed the gate in a 6 inch deep trench and we couldn't open it. When I called them and asked them about it, they either wanted to cut off the bottom of the gate or reinstall it on the post which would have changed the balance. I had to work with them in order to get a resolution that was acceptable. We did get it worked out. The gate started to sag after the first year and when I called them they came out a couple days later to put in some supports to help the sagging; they were good with the follow-up. In the end, it was fine."

Very responsive. They're all dressed in uniform, they're always very pleasant, they always leave you a little notice that they've put down whatever they've put down. They were supposed to come back in a little less than 90 days. I had a problem and so they came back again and did interior and exterior spraying. Now I am on a 3 or 4 times a year.
