"We have a large two-story home plus a walk-out basement, so we have gutters that are 3 stories high around much of the house, so I am very careful about who I hire for gutter cleaning. I have been extremely impressed with Atlanta's Best. They actually get up on the roof and do a very thorough cleaning, including taking apart downspouts when needed, and they don't leave a mess on the ground when they're done either. The office staff is also very easy to work with for scheduling, and the pricing is very reasonable. I have been so pleased that I requested they come out on a regular schedule, so I don't have to remember to contact them for future cleanings."

"I did not care much for the work. Some how I thought that our lawn was much smaller than what they claimed it was. I got one treatment mostly in the back of my yard and that was it. I never wrote them back again. It took them a few days to come out. I thought that they were okay, as far as the time is concerned. I really did not get to know them much, so I do not have any really serious feedback. Somehow it could have been a misunderstanding, but I thought that there were more treatments. We just agreed to finish and they never claimed any more money, and we did not give any additional funds. I thought that there was going to be a couple of treatments, but we only got one treatment. They finished the treatment in one day. They were okay with their responsiveness. The whole thing was not a good deal. I think that there was some deception."

"Overall, I am satisfied with the work done. They came promptly at the beginning of the day and were done by the end of the day. The only things that kept me from an A rating were that the grass reseeded areas did not respond well, although I realize the August is not the best month for this activity. One of the bushes that I kept was to be trimmed from the top; instead, the bottom was mostly removed leaving a rather funny looking bush. Also, the contract called for some of the areas to be outlined with stones and that didn't happen. Some of the areas were to be planted with pachysandra, but no new plants were planted. Instead, some of the old plants from other areas were placed but are only partially successful in taking. Still, with all that, I would definitely have them back again."
