I've worked as a groundskeeper taking care of a 140 unit mobile home community maintaining yards and public areas. "Johnie Parker was pleasant to work with. He was here on time and days he said he'd be. He helped me find a place that delivered bark and picked up a few supplies for the sprinkler system. He replaced all valves, most of the sprinkler heads, planted small flowers and shrubs. He laid out the drip irrigation to the new plants and spread the mulch. He dug up a bush and small tree. He left the yard/street clean and hauled away all debris. The overall work has left the yard in front and back far better looking than when he arrived. I bought supplies from a list and a supply house he suggested prior to start and all the plants/shrubs. We started the work without a written estimate which ended up in a misunderstanding but we were able to come to an agreeable compromise. After several hot days a few plants were showing distress or had died, so I followed up with fine tuning or in some cases turning on a few sprinkler heads so they would water as needed."
