We did our research on the vinyl and happened to be passing by Direct Floor in Cape Coral. James welcomed me and spent a good deal of time answering all my questions...many questions to my satisfaction. He was genuinely interested in my project and my budget. I was very impressed with the experience and went home and checked the reviews. I returned with my wife and we brought a few samples home at the insistence of Jeff. It was nice to see the flooring in our home with different lighting conditions. We made our choice and placed the order. I received a call a few days later with the installer who came and measured and promised a date to have the tile removed by the Dustless crew with the install on the day following.
