"From communication to hands on they were great. After the delivery of our large 3 door commercial cooler was delayed from its scheduled time they quickly adjusted their schedule to work with ours. Once the guys were there they got it moved gently and safely from the delivery spot, up a couple of steps and squeezed through the just large enough door. "They were a terrible choice, I am disappointed in the broker that assigned me to them. They don't adhere to the time table they set, they try to rush you through paperwork which you don't even get a copy of when they leave with your stuff, their customer service reps could not sound more disinterested in helping you. Nothing has been on time so far and I keep getting charged for more than what was contracted. If a second floor delivery is going to cost more then be upfront don't tell me you are up charging the day before delivery. I am just now praying my stuff actually shows up and is the same shape it left my house in. Horrible experience so far."
